, also known as Lindisfarne, is a small tidal island off the northeast coast of England known for its rich history and peaceful atmosphere. It can only be reached at low tide via a narrow causeway, which adds to its sense of isolation and charm. The island is home to the historic Lindisfarne Priory, founded in the 7th century as an important centre of early Christianity, as well as Lindisfarne Castle, which overlooks the surrounding coastline. With its scenic landscapes, wildlife, and strong spiritual heritage, Holy Island remains a place of quiet reflection and historical significance.
