Beer, Devon Coaster
Beer, Devon Coaster
Beer, Devon coaster by artist Emily Ward has been hand pressed locally onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster. The coaster has been produced from an original painting by Emily.
This coaster can also be purchased in a set of four in a gift box.
Emily’s art coaster captures the coastal village of Beer in a peaceful and inviting light. The sky stretches across the scene in calm shades of blue, creating a sense of openness and stillness.
The sea below appears smooth and reflective, meeting a warm, golden beach that curves gently into the bay. Small fishing boats sit quietly along the shore, behind them, the cliffs rise in soft layers of cream and ochre, crowned with touches of green.
Tall grasses in the foreground frame the scene and add texture and depth to this tranquil coastal view.

Beer, Devon
Beer is a picturesque fishing village on the south coast of Devon, nestled beneath dramatic cliffs along the Jurassic Coast, near to the town of Seaton. Its shingle beach curves gently around the bay, offering calm, clear waters that are often sheltered from strong winds.
Colourful fishing boats are pulled up onto the shore, reflecting Beer’s long maritime history and close connection to the sea. With its whitewashed cottages and narrow streets, the village and its beach together create a peaceful coastal setting that feels traditional and welcoming.
Beer is on the edge of the South West Coast Path and is part of East Devon Natural landscape.
