Cheddar Gorge coaster by Emily Ward, is hand pressed onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster locally in her studio near Newcastle. The coaster has been produced from original art by Emily from her South West collection.
Emily's towering pinnacles have a warming pink glow that radiates through the impressive natural gorge. Emily has also given the iconic landscape a pop of colour, as little splashes of pink blend subtly into her painting.
The golden sun casts its beams of light which turn the sky a beautiful rich shade of orange on this lovely art gift.

Cheddar Gorge
The South West's Cheddar Gorge is in Somerset, 40 miles from both Bath and Bristol. It is renowned as a natural beauty spot and attracts up to half a million visitors each year.
At nearly 400 feet deep and 3 miles long, Cheddar Gorge
is England’s largest gorge and boasts spectacular landscapes and views from the top of the Mendip Hills. It is home to two stunning show caves that were created by Ice age melt-waters over millions of years. They are managed by the Longleat estate
Cheddar Gorge is home to primitive goats along with the UK’s biggest flock of Soay sheep which roam free and keep the scrub down. Some of the species that make their home in the gorge are so rare that the area is now a Special Area for Conservation.
The Cheddar pink is a delicate flower that grows at the gorge and is only found in Cheddar
