Stonehenge coaster by artist Emily Ward has been hand pressed locally onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster. The coaster has been produced from original art by Emily.
A radiant sunset sky blazes with shades of orange, red and gold behind the ancient stones of Stonehenge on Emily’s art coaster. The sun is partially hidden and glows with a soft celestial halo which adds a sense of mystery to this art.
A vibrant meadow bursts into life, thick with wildflowers in hues of magenta, yellow and white. Pretty flowers are scattered amongst Emily’s paint splashes giving the foreground a lively energy that contrasts with the timeless solemnity of the stones

Stonehenge
Stonehenge on the Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire is a UNESCO World Heritage site of 6500 acres. Over a million people visit every year to see the ancient ring of standing stones.
Stonehenge
was made up of 30 standing stones called ‘sarsens’, these were surrounded by five huge stones in a horseshoe shape. Each stone is around 13 ft tall and can weigh up to 25 tons. The largest stone named the Heel stone weighs about 30 tons.
The stones were transported at times from over 150 miles away and immense planning and human effort went into this. The construction started 5000 years ago and evolved over centuries.
