Hillsborough Castle framed ceramic tile has been designed from artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. All ceramic tiles are printed and hand pressed in Emily's art studio, where she hand finishes every tile.

The magnificent Georgian building in soft, warm shades of golden yellow, peach and cream, stands proudly beneath a spectacular sky filled with dreamy swirls of vibrant pink, delicate coral and gentle lilac. Splashes of sunshine yellow, soft white and rosy pink dance across the sky, creating a sense of warmth and happiness.
In the foreground, a meadow of wildflowers overflows with pretty pink blossoms, cheerful yellow blooms, delicate white daisies and splashes of red and purple, all nestled amongst lush green grasses. Hillsborough Castle
Hillsborough Castle is a magnificent historic residence situated in the charming village of Hillsborough, County Down, Northern Ireland, just a short distance from Belfast.

Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
