Rochdale Town Hall ceramic pendant has been created from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. This lovely hanging decoration has been hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle.

This colourful decorative pendant shows Rochdale Town Hall standing proudly beneath a beautiful atmospheric sky, filled with soft shades of blue, grey and warm golden light.

Splashes of white and yellow dance across the scene, giving Emily’s art a light, dreamy feel. The rich honey and golden tones of the Town Hall bring warmth to the picture, while the impressive clock tower creates a striking focal point.

In the foreground, an abundance of cheerful yellow sunflowers adds a wonderful burst of colour, beautifully framing the historic building and creating a bright and uplifting scene.

Rochdale Town Hall

Rochdale Town Hall is one of the town’s most distinctive and celebrated landmarks, standing proudly in the centre of Rochdale, Greater Manchester. Opened in 1871, the Grade I listed building is a magnificent example of Victorian Gothic Revival architecture, with intricate stonework, grand interiors and an impressive clock tower.

Designed by architect William Henry Crossland, the Town Hall reflects Rochdale’s prosperity and importance during the Industrial Revolution. Following an extensive restoration, its remarkable historic features have been carefully preserved, allowing visitors to once again enjoy the craftsmanship and character of this beautiful Victorian building.
