Knole House Postcard
Knole House Postcard is from North East artist Emily Ward's beautiful range of art postcards. This postcard has been created from original artwork by Emily.
Emily’s vibrant postcard captures the grandeur of Knole House beneath a spectacular glowing sky filled with rich shades of golden yellow, warm orange and soft coral. The radiant sunset bathes the historic stone building in a beautiful golden light, highlighting its impressive towers, grand entrance and long terracotta roofline.
In the foreground, a colourful meadow of delicate flowers stretches across the scene, bursting with lively shades of pink, lavender, blue and white that create a joyful contrast against the warm tones of the house. Splashes of colour dance throughout the composition, while the combination of glowing skies, vibrant blooms and the magnificent architecture creates a warm, welcoming scene full of charm.

Knole House
Knole House is a magnificent historic country house located in the town of Sevenoaks, Kent, and is one of England's largest and most important stately homes. Originally built as an archbishop's palace in the mid 15th century by Thomas Bourchier, Archbishop of Canterbury. It was later gifted to King Henry VIII before becoming the home of the Sackville family in 1603, who still have close ties to the estate today.
The house is a Grade I listed building and is cared for by the National Trust. Set within a stunning 1,000 acre medieval deer park.
Knole is renowned for its grand state rooms, priceless collections of paintings and furniture, and its resident wild deer, making it one of Kent's most fascinating and well preserved historic estates.
