Brighton Pier Postcard
Brighton Pier Postcard
Brighton Pier postcard is from North East artist Emily Ward's beautiful range of art postcards. This postcard has been created from original artwork by Emily.
This art postcard captures Brighton Palace Pier with a sense of warmth and coastal nostalgia. The sky stretches overhead in calm shades of blue, speckled with light that suggests drifting air and sunshine.
The pier rises above the water in glowing ochres and yellows, its structure clearly defined against the sky, while the bright red lettering adds a playful burst of colour.
The sea below appears lively and textured, blending turquoise and deeper blues as it meets the shore. In the foreground, empty deckchairs and a nearby seagull create a quiet, peaceful moment, inviting you to imagine the sounds and atmosphere of a classic day by the sea.

Brighton Pier
Brighton Palace Pier stands on the south coast of England in the city of Brighton, East Sussex, extending into the English Channel. It was built in the late Victorian period and officially opened in 1899, reflecting the era’s enthusiasm for seaside leisure and grand architecture.
Originally created to entertain visitors with promenades and attractions, the pier continues to serve the same purpose today. Its elegant iron framework and lively setting make it one of Brighton’s most recognisable landmarks, blending historic character with the energy of a modern seaside resort.
