Ilkley Moor canvas print has been created from an original painting by North East artist Emily Ward. Emily has painted the well known Cow and Calf Rocks of Ilkley Moor under a vibrant summers day blue sky.
The purple heather growing wildly on the moor adds a relaxing feel to this canvas. The deceptively large rocks feel like they are standing guard over the moor on this canvas. The canvas is hand finished by Emily with her colourful splashes.

Ilkley Moor
is part of Rombalds Moor, which is the moorland between Ilkley and Keighley in West Yorkshire.
The famous Cow and Calf rock formations, which are also known as the Hangingstone Rocks are situated at Ilkley Quarry . Their name comes from the fact that there is a main outcrop of rocks and a large boulder close by which is like a cow and her calf.
There are many beautiful walks to explore on Ilkley Moor.
