York Minster, East Window Bone China Cup has been created from original artwork by local North East artist Emily Ward. All bone china cups are printed and hand pressed in Emily's art studio near Newcastle.

A beam of sunshine adds a golden glow to the impressive Gothic Minster. Emily's sky has a lovely green hint which reflects off the impressive medieval stained glass windows.

Vibrant shades of pink, purples and oranges add a colourful touch to this Yorkshire landmark.

East Window, York Minster

The Great East Window is the largest expanse of medieval stained glass in the country. The 600 year old window has undergone major restoration that lasted for 12 years. There is over 300 glazed panels, this was a very adventurous project when it was made in the Middle Ages.

This Gothic style church was designed and intended to be the greatest cathedral in the kingdom. It took over 250 years to build between 1220 and 1472. York Minster is the 2nd largest Gothic Cathedral in Northern Europe.

Bone China Cup

Each bone china cup is made from an original artwork by North East Artist Emily Ward.

All cups are hand pressed at Emily's art studio.
