Tamworth Castle Hanging Pendant Decoration
Tamworth Castle ceramic pendant has been created from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. This lovely hanging decoration has been hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle.
Emily can handwrite your message on the reverse of the pendant, just add your message to the order.
A wonderful mixture of colourful flowers covers the hillside beneath Tamworth Castle, bringing a softness to this decorative ceramic pendant.
Bright yellows and fresh greens are mixed with splashes of pink, purple, blue and white, creating the appearance of a flower filled summer landscape.
Taller flowers and grasses in the foreground add texture, while the looser splashes of colour gradually lead the eye upwards towards the castle.

Tamworth Castle
Tamworth Castle is a historic castle in Tamworth, Staffordshire, with a history stretching back to the Anglo-Saxon period, when Tamworth was an important centre of the ancient Kingdom of Mercia.
The present castle was developed following the Norman Conquest and was built on a traditional motte-and-bailey site overlooking the rivers Tame and Anker.
Over the centuries, the castle was altered and extended by its different owners, resulting in a mixture of architectural styles. Today, Tamworth Castle
is open to the public as a museum, where its rooms and collections explore the town’s rich history from the Anglo-Saxon and medieval periods onwards.
