Emily's art print portrays Rutter Force in a vivid and expressive style, blending history with natural beauty. The central focus is the waterfall, its white waters tumbling energetically into a pool below, captured with splashes and speckles of paint that convey movement and spray.
To the right, an old stone mill with its waterwheel stands as a reminder of the site’s heritage, its solid form contrasting with the liveliness of the falls. Behind, rich green trees frame the scene, while the sky glows with soft pink and orange tones, evoking the warmth of dawn or dusk.

Rutter Force Hall
Rutter Force, nestled close to the village of Great Asby in Cumbria, is a picturesque waterfall on the Hoff Beck, set within the peaceful landscapes of the Eden Valley. The water tumbles over a wide limestone ledge into a calm pool, with the presence of an old mill beside the falls adding a touch of history and charm.
The mill, originally used for grinding corn, was later converted to manufacture bobbins and then a sawmill. In the late 19th century, a water turbine was installed at the falls to generate electricity for the village
