Rufford Old Hall Pendant Decoration
Rufford Old Hall Hanging Pendant Decoration
Rufford Old Hall ceramic pendant has been created from original art by North East artist Emily Ward. This lovely hanging decoration has been hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle.
Emily’s art ceramic pendant presents a lively and colourful interpretation of Rufford Old Hall, blending the historic Tudor manor with a vibrant, almost dreamlike setting. The hall’s contrasting architecture is captured beautifully, the red-brick Georgian wing on the left stands in harmony with the striking black-and-white timber-framed Tudor section on the right.
A bright blue sky with soft wisps of cloud adds a calm backdrop, while the foreground bursts with an energetic field of wildflowers. Painted in splashes of pink, purple, yellow, and blue, the flowers create a sense of movement and joy, their dotted strokes bringing texture and vibrancy to the scene. Framing foliage and trees add depth, while the overall composition celebrates both the architectural heritage and the natural beauty surrounding this historic landmark.
