Rufford Old Hall ceramic tile with easel is by North East artist Emily Ward. The ceramic tile has been created from original art by Emily and is hand pressed locally in her art studio.
Emily’s art gift presents a lively and colourful interpretation of Rufford Old Hall, blending the historic Tudor manor with a vibrant, almost dreamlike setting. The hall’s contrasting architecture is captured beautifully, the red-brick Georgian wing on the left stands in harmony with the striking black-and-white timber-framed Tudor section on the right.
A bright blue sky with soft wisps of cloud adds a calm backdrop, while the foreground bursts with an energetic field of wildflowers. Painted in splashes of pink, purple, yellow, and blue, the flowers create a sense of movement and joy, their dotted strokes bringing texture and vibrancy to the scene. Rufford Old Hall
Rufford Old Hall, located in Lancashire, is a striking Tudor manor house renowned for its timber-framed architecture and rich history. Built in the 16th century for the Hesketh family, the hall features an impressive Great Hall with a magnificent carved oak screen and hammerbeam roof, considered one of the finest examples of Tudor craftsmanship in the country.

Each ceramic tile is made from an original painting by North East Artist Emily Ward.
Each tile comes with it’s own wooden easel so your tile is easy to display.
There is a cork backing on each tile and each tile is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag.
All ceramic tiles are individually printed so there may be a slight variation in colour tones.
