Rochester Castle ceramic pendant has been created from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. This lovely hanging decoration has been hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle.
Emily can handwrite your message on the reverse of the pendant, just add your message to the order.
Emily’s ceramic pendant captures Rochester Castle in a blaze of colour, where the historic fortress stands proudly beneath a radiant sky of vivid pinks, peaches and soft coral hues.

Rochester Castle
Rochester Castle
is one of Kent's most impressive historic landmarks, standing proudly beside the River Medway for more than nine centuries. Built in the late 11th century and later strengthened with its magnificent stone keep, the castle played a vital role in defending the route between London and the south coast.
Its towering walls and commanding position have witnessed some of England's most significant medieval events, surviving sieges, royal conflicts and centuries of change.
Today, the castle's remarkably well preserved keep offers visitors a fascinating glimpse into Norman military architecture, while its picturesque riverside setting and surrounding gardens make it one of the county's most popular and enduring attractions.
