New Forest framed ceramic tile has been designed from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. All ceramic tiles are printed and hand pressed in Emily's art studio, where she hand finishes every tile.
Three beautiful ponies graze amongst a patchwork of colourful wildflowers on this bright New Forest framed ceramic tile.
Soft yellows and warm oranges flow through the landscape, mixed with tiny bursts of pink, purple and blue that give the meadow a lively, almost sparkling quality.
The chestnut, grey and dark brown ponies bring their own character to the picture as they peacefully graze beneath the open sky. Above them, soft blues and gentle clouds surround a glowing golden sun, filling the whole scene with warmth and light.

New Forest
New Forest National Park covers over 200 square miles of heathland, forest, and coastline, making it one of the largest remaining areas of unenclosed pastureland in southern England. Designated a national park in 2005, it is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including deer, rare birds, and diverse plant species that thrive in its ancient habitats.
The New Forest’s
long standing system of commoning still allows local residents to graze animals across the open land. Its well known ponies roam freely throughout the park, playing an important role in maintaining the landscape by grazing the vegetation and preserving the delicate balance of the ecosystem.
Ceramic Framed Tile
Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
Frames are available in White and Black Frames.
