London Eye Canvas Print
London Eye Canvas Print
London Eye art canvas print has been produced from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. Emily hand finishes each canvas print with her characteristic splashes of paint making it individual to you.
Emily’s art canvas print presents the London Eye in a dreamy, almost magical atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on vibrant colour and texture. The giant wheel is delicately outlined in soft purples and blues, standing gracefully against a sky that glows in shades of pink, lavender, and lilac, speckled with lighter tones.
The foreground bursts into life with a dazzling field of flowers, painted in scattered splashes of colour, bright yellows, soft whites, deep purples, and vivid pinks. This gives the impression of a wild, energetic meadow at the heart of the city.
The playful, dotted brushwork of the flowers contrasts beautifully with the calm structure of the London Eye, creating a scene that feels both serene and lively.

London Eye
The London Eye, standing on the South Bank of the River Thames, is one of the city’s most recognisable modern landmarks and a symbol of contemporary London. Opened to the public in 2000 to mark the new millennium, the giant observation wheel rises 135 metres high, making it one of the tallest of its kind in the world. Its 32 glass capsules offer panoramic views across the capital, from the Houses of Parliament and St Paul’s Cathedral to the Shard and beyond, attracting millions of visitors each year.
Designed by architects David Marks and Julia Barfield, the London Eye combines engineering innovation with sleek design, and has become a focal point for celebrations such as New Year’s Eve fireworks. Today, it remains not only a major tourist attraction but also a cultural icon, representing London’s blend of history, modernity, and ambition.
