Liverpool Cathedral framed ceramic tile has been designed from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. All ceramic tiles are printed and hand pressed in Emily's art studio, where she hand finishes every tile.

Liverpool Cathedral,
majestically positioned on St James’s Mount, is one of the city’s most iconic and awe-inspiring landmarks. Designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, this magnificent Gothic Revival masterpiece took much of the 20th century to complete and now stands as the largest cathedral in Britain.
Built from rich red sandstone, its soaring tower dominates the Liverpool skyline, offering stunning panoramic views across the River Mersey and beyond. Inside, the cathedral’s vast and graceful interior is filled with towering arches, exquisite stained glass windows, and a profound sense of peace and grandeur. More than a place of worship, it serves as a vibrant cultural centre, hosting concerts, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
Ceramic Framed Tile
Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
Frames are available in White and Black Frames.
