Buckingham Palace ceramic tile with easel is by North East artist Emily Ward. The ceramic tile has been created from original artwork by Emily and is hand pressed locally in her art studio.
Buckingham Palace reimagines the iconic landmark in a vibrant, dreamlike setting on Emily’s ceramic tile. The stately architecture, in soft stone hues, stands in striking contrast to the vivid surroundings.
A sweeping field of flowers fills the foreground, created with playful splashes of pink, yellow, purple, and blue.
Above, the sky is awash with glowing shades of pink and orange, blending together to form a warm and enchanting backdrop. Flecks of colour scatter across the entire composition, tying together the flowers, palace, and sky, and giving the piece a sense of sparkle and celebration.

Buckingham Palace
Buckingham Palace, set at the end of the Mall in the heart of London, serves as both the home and workplace of the British monarch. What began in the early 18th century as a private residence for the Duke of Buckingham was transformed over time into the grand building we see today, with major expansions in the reigns of George III, George IV, and Queen Victoria.
The iconic façade, the centrepiece for many royal occasions, overlooks a large forecourt where the colourful Changing of the Guard ceremony takes place. Each ceramic tile is made from an original painting by North East Artist Emily Ward.
Each tile comes with it’s own wooden easel so your tile is easy to display.
There is a cork backing on each tile and each tile is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag.
All ceramic tiles are individually printed so there may be a slight variation in colour tones.
