Emily's bone china cup portrays Battersea Power Station in Emily’s vivid and imaginative style, where colour transforms the familiar landmark into something almost otherworldly. The building’s bold red-orange brickwork radiates warmth, while its four pale chimneys stretch upwards against a luminous sky painted in shades of pink, lilac, and purple.
The sky is alive with movement, scattered with speckles of colour that give it a playful, dreamlike atmosphere. At the base, a field of flowers bursts into life, rendered in lively dabs of violet, yellow, green, and white, softening the industrial form with natural vibrancy.

Battersea Power Station
is an iconic landmark on the south bank of the River Thames, instantly recognisable for its four towering white chimneys that rise above the massive brick structure. Once a coal-fired power station supplying electricity to much of London, it has long been admired as a masterpiece of industrial architecture, combining imposing scale with striking Art Deco design details.
