Northumberland seascapes continue to inspire artists. Emily Ward is a contemporary North East Artist who has painted many seascapes from this region. 

The Northumberland Coast is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty stretching over 40 miles of coastline from Berwick-Upon-Tweed to the River Coquet estuary in the North East of England. 

Unmissable places include: Alnmouth, Bamburgh, Beadnell, Budle Bay, Cocklawburn Beach, Craster, Dunstanburgh Castle, the Farne Islands, Lindisfarne and Seahouses.
