Yorkshire Landscape Paintings

Emily loves to paint dramatic landscapes such as Ilkley Moor’s Cow and Calf Rocks. 

The purple heather growing wildly on the moor adds a relaxing feel to this canvas. The deceptively large rocks feel like they are standing guard over the moor on this canvas. 

Another painting by Emily is of the iconic White Horse at Kilburn. Emily's splashes of colour in pinks and yellows surround the rich varied greens on the rolling hills.

The painting of the Humber Bridge offers a new perspective for this iconic structure.  Emily loves flowers and the bridge is surrounded by small delicate flowers. This really softens the impressive structure.

Historic Buildings in Yorkshire

York Minster is painted in Emily’s personal style. York Minster's Lantern Tower stands proud under a haze of soft orange sunlight. Splashes of white paint add Emily's characteristic style.   

In the Painting of Whitby Abbey the Gothic ruins take center stage. In the painting the remains stand proud under a sky rich in purples and blues. Gothic ruins are surrounded by delicate pink spring flowers.  The flowers dance in front of these Gothic ruins providing lots of colour to this canvas print.
