Wallington Clocktower Ceramic tile with easel

Wallington Clocktower ceramic tile with easel has been beautifully created by local North East artist Emily Ward from her original artwork. Emily's hand pressed ceramic tile would make a lovely art gift.

The glaze of the ceramic tile really enhances the striking autumnal hues that surround this 18th century clocktower.

The impressive arched building stands proud in front of what seams to be a sea of colour. Pink, yellow and orange tones ripple across the grassy gardens.

Colourful flowers growing in the forefront add yet another burst of colour to this lovely art tile and gift.

Wallington Clocktower

Wallington is nestled in the Northumberland countryside about 12 miles from Morpeth. The country estate and gardens are owned by The National Trust. There are many lovely walks, with paths with arches, statues to see and hidden secrets in the gardens.

There is an Edwardian conservatory with a large array of plants situated at the end of the walled garden.

The Clocktower was built in 1754 and the bell was hung at the top in 1760.

Ceramic Tile With Easel
