The Needles Lighthouse Keyring
The Needles Lighthouse Keyring
The Needles Lighthouse keyring has been created from original art by Emily Ward a local North East artist. This art keyring has been hand pressed locally in Emily's art studio.
Emily's art depicts The Needles Lighthouse nestled against the chalk rocks on the western tip of the Isle of Wight. The dark greenish-blue tones of the choppy waves add a hint of drama to the sea on this art keyring.
Splashes of white foam and sea spray can be seen covering the red and white horizontal bands on this iconic lighthouse.

The Needles Lighthouse
The Needles Lighthouse is an active 19th century lighthouse on the outermost of the chalk rocks at the Needles on the Isle of Wight.
The lighthouse was designed by James Walker, for Trinity House at a cost of £20,000 and was completed in 1859.
Built from granite blocks it stands 33.25 metres tall . The light can be seen for 14 miles at sea level.
The foghorn sounds every 15 seconds in poor visibility.
The lighthouse was automated in 1994.
