Southwold Pier Coaster by artist Emily Ward has been hand pressed locally onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster. The coaster has been produced from original art by Emily.
Emlly’s art coaster adds a burst of colour to Southwold Pier. The North Sea is depicted in a mixture of turquoise, teal, blue and soft pastel tones, with energetic white splashes suggesting the constant movement of the waves.
In the foreground, earthy browns, greens and golden tones pick out the rocks and shoreline
The expansive sky is filled with rich pink, purple and blue clouds, gradually becoming warmer and softer towards the horizon, giving the whole scene a colourful and atmospheric finish.

Southwold Pier
Southwold Pier
is a traditional seaside pier located in the coastal town of Southwold in Suffolk. The pier extends 190 metres into the North Sea and is home to a collection of shops, cafés and attractions.
Originally built in 1900, it has undergone significant restoration over the years and remains one of Southwold’s most recognisable landmarks. From the pier, visitors can enjoy views along the Suffolk coastline and back towards the town, including its distinctive lighthouse.
