Salisbury Cathedral Keyring
Salisbury Cathedral Keyring
Salisbury Cathedral keyring is by artist Emily Ward from her original artwork from the South West. All keyrings are made in Emily's studio in the North East.
The sky stretches wide in soft blue tones and scattered with flecks of pastel colour that shimmer like drifting light or falling petals.
The cathedral stands serenely beneath it, its spire rising with grace, rendered in warm stone hues of cream, gold, and muted violet that soften the grandeur of the architecture.
In the foreground, a meadow of tall, slender flowers sways across this art keyring, painted in fresh greens, yellows, and touches of pink, white, and blue. These delicate blooms create a joyful contrast with the stillness of the cathedral and uniting the natural and architectural elements in a scene that feels peaceful and luminous.

Salisbury Cathedral
Salisbury Cathedral was founded in the early 13th century after the decision to move the cathedral from Old Sarum to a more accessible site in the Avon valley. Construction began in 1220 and was completed unusually quickly for the period, largely finished within about 40 years.
The famous spire was added later in the 14th century, transforming the cathedral’s silhouette and making it a dominant feature of the surrounding landscape. Over the centuries, Salisbury Cathedral has remained an important religious centre, preserving its medieval character and architectural unity to a remarkable degree.
