Ripon Cathedral Keyring

Ripon Cathedral keyring has been created from original art by Newcastle artist Emily Ward. The art keyrings are all printed and hand pressed locally in Emily's studio.

Bright pink, purple and yellow flowers grow wildly in front of the imposing cathedral on this lovely art keyring.

The historic aged stonework of Ripon Cathedral shines with a golden glow. Warming tones shimmer through the skyline which is peppered with pink and purple tones.

Ripon Cathedral

Ripon Cathedral has a history stretching back almost fourteen centuries. The cathedral in North Yorkshire is in the unspoilt city of Ripon, which is steeped in history.

The magnificent medieval cathedral is home to an Anglo-Saxon crypt which dates back to 672AD. It is the oldest intact structure of any English cathedral that is still in use today. The present church was founded by Saint Wilfrid around 672, although it has been rebuilt several times since.

The cathedral is known architecturally for its Early English Gothic west front and Geometric east window.
