New Forest canvas art print has been created by artist Emily Ward from her original artwork. All canvas prints are hand finished and signed by Emily.
Emily’s colourful New Forest scene captures three ponies grazing peacefully amongst a meadow bursting with wildflowers. Warm yellows, oranges and soft pinks are scattered with touches of purple, blue and green, giving the landscape a joyful feel.
The ponies, each with their own colouring and character, stand quietly amongst the flowers beneath a beautiful soft blue sky. Above them, a large glowing sun fills the sky with warm golden light, while delicate clouds and splashes of colour create a dreamy, almost magical atmosphere.

New Forest
New Forest National Park covers over 200 square miles of heathland, forest, and coastline, making it one of the largest remaining areas of unenclosed pastureland in southern England. Designated a national park in 2005, it is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including deer, rare birds, and diverse plant species that thrive in its ancient habitats.
The New Forest’s
long standing system of commoning still allows local residents to graze animals across the open land. Its well known ponies roam freely throughout the park, playing an important role in maintaining the landscape by grazing the vegetation and preserving the delicate balance of the ecosystem.

Each Canvas Print is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your canvas is actually a print no two prints are identical. Emily hand finishes the canvas prints by adding extra paint to the print.

The canvas is mounted on a wooden frame. The wooden frame is approximately 2cm deep so will fit snugly against any wall.
