Arundel Castle Canvas Print
Arundel Castle Canvas Print
Arundel Castle canvas art print has been created by artist Emily Ward from her original artwork. All canvas prints are hand finished and signed by Emily.
Perched majestically above a rolling hillside, Arundel Castle rises from a carpet of colourful wildflowers on this bright and uplifting canvas art print. The ancient castle is depicted in warm shades of golden cream, soft peach, and delicate pink, its towers and battlements glowing in the gentle summer light. Stretching across the foreground is a vibrant meadow bursting with flowers in shades of magenta, blush pink, lemon yellow, lavender, and white. Tall stems sway amongst the blooms, creating a sense of movement and bringing the landscape to life.
The sky above is a beautiful wash of soft blues and lilacs, painted with loose brush strokes that give the scene an airy, dreamlike quality. Delicate speckles of white and gold dance across the scene, suggesting sunlight glistening through the atmosphere and adding a sparkle to the landscape.
The combination of cheerful colours and the grandeur of the castle creates a joyful feel to one of Sussex's most iconic landmarks, inviting you into a peaceful summer's day filled with light, colour, and beauty.

Arundel Castle
Arundel Castle is one of the South East of England’s most impressive historic landmarks, located in the picturesque market town of Arundel in West Sussex, overlooking the River Arun. Originally founded in 1067 by Roger de Montgomery, a close ally of William the Conqueror, the castle has stood for almost 1,000 years and remains the ancestral home of the Dukes of Norfolk.
Famous for its magnificent Norman Keep, medieval architecture, stunning gardens, and rich collection of artwork and antiques, it is often described as one of the finest castles in England.
A quirky fact is that Arundel Castle was founded on Christmas Day in 1067 and has been continuously inhabited for over nine centuries, making it one of the longest-lived family homes in the country. The castle has also welcomed royalty, including Queen Victoria in 1846, and has appeared in several films and television productions.
