Hampton Court Palace Pendant Decoration
Hampton Court Palace Hanging Pendant Decoration
Hampton Court Palace ceramic pendant has been created from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. This lovely hanging decoration has been hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle. Emily can handwrite your message on the reverse of the pendant, just add your message to the order.
Emily’s art of Hampton Court Palace transforms the historic red-brick Tudor facade with vibrant, whimsical colours. The palace, with its imposing towers and arched gateway, is painted in warm earthy reds and browns, contrasted by a fantastical pink sky that radiates a surreal, almost magical atmosphere.
The foreground bursts with a meadow of multicoloured flowers, painted in lively dabs and splatters of yellow, pink, purple, blue, and green, giving the impression of a field in full bloom. Speckles of bright paint are scattered across the ceramic pendant, blending sky, palace, and garden into a unified, playful composition.
The effect is both joyful and enchanting, reimagining the grandeur of Hampton Court Palace in a vibrant, contemporary, and almost fairytale-like style.

Hampton Court Palace
Hampton Court Palace, located on the banks of the River Thames in southwest London, is a magnificent Tudor and Baroque royal residence with over 500 years of history. Originally built for Cardinal Thomas Wolsey in the early 16th century, it became one of King Henry VIII’s favourite homes and the setting for many dramatic events of the Tudor court.
Hampton Court Palace is famed for its blend of striking red-brick Tudor architecture and later elegant Baroque additions by Sir Christopher Wren, commissioned by William III and Mary II.
The palace was opened to the public by Queen Victoria in 1838. Visitors can explore its grand state apartments, the Tudor kitchens, and the sprawling formal gardens, which include the famous Hampton Court Maze. Today, the palace stands as a captivating reminder of England’s royal past, offering a rich combination of history, art, and architectural splendour.
