Royal Albert Hall Pendant Decoration
Royal Albert Hall Hanging Pendant Decoration
Royal Albert Hall ceramic pendant has been created from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. This lovely hanging decoration has been hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle.
Emily’s art ceramic pendant presents a vibrant and joyful depiction of the Royal Albert Hall, capturing the grandeur of the iconic London concert venue through bold colours and playful details. The building’s famous circular form and red-brick facade are bathed in warm golden and orange tones, while its windows and arches are highlighted in deep blues, adding contrast and depth.
Above, the domed roof curves beneath a bright blue sky, speckled with scattered touches of lighter hues that give the scene a lively energy. In the foreground, a field of colourful flowers bursts into view, painted in dotted strokes of pink, purple, white, and yellow.
The combination of the Hall’s imposing architecture with the vibrant, almost dreamlike flowers and sky gives the artwork a celebratory atmosphere, honouring both the history and the cultural vibrancy of this world-famous landmark.

Royal Albert Hall
The Royal Albert Hall in South Kensington, London, is one of the capital’s most iconic performance venues, renowned for both its architecture and cultural significance. Opened in 1871 by Queen Victoria as a tribute to her late husband, Prince Albert, the hall has since become a landmark of British arts and entertainment. Its distinctive circular design, with red brick walls and the detailed terracotta frieze known as "The Triumph of Arts and Sciences," makes it instantly recognisable.
Inside, the grand auditorium sits beneath an impressive wrought-iron and glass dome, admired for its beauty as well as its distinctive acoustics. Over the years, the venue has staged an extraordinary variety of events, from the famous BBC Proms and classical concerts to rock shows, ballets, film screenings, and even sports.
Today, the Royal Albert Hall continues to be celebrated worldwide as a unique space where history, culture, and performance come together.
