Gisborough Priory coaster by North East artist Emily Ward has been hand pressed onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster. The coaster has been produced from original art of the impressive priory ruins in North Yorkshire.
The Gothic ruins stand proud under a sky that shimmers with gentle hints of lilac and pink. The impressive archway is rich in colour and has shades of warming oranges running through it.

Gisborough Priory
Gisborough Priory
is on the edge of North Yorkshire in the Tees Valley. The priory gardens and 18th century Monks Walk provide a lovely back drop to the medieval ruins.
One of the first Augustinian priories to be built in England, Gisborough was founded by the Bruce family in 1119, who were ancestors of Robert the Bruce, King of Scotland. The church was rebuilt no fewer than three times, and the Gothic ruins of the former abbey church’s east end are all that remain today.
