Cat and Dog Stairs keyring has been designed from an original painting by Emily Ward, a North East artist.
The pink haze amongst the clouds suggests a hint of sun over these old steps, which have been painted to show the worn stone with water dripping down them.
Emily has captured the North Sea when the tide is in with its white sea spray gently cascading down onto the stairs.

About The Cat and Dog Stairs
Cat and Dog steps as they are mainly known are situated at Roker between Roker Cliff Park and Meiks Lighthouse in Sunderland. There are many rumours about the Cat and Dog steps
and the choice of the unique name but no one is really certain.
