Temple of Fame, Studley Royal Water Garden Limited Edition Print

Temple of Fame, Studley Royal Water Garden limited edition print has been created by artist Emily Ward from original artwork in her Yorkshire and Humberside art range. This lovely art print is also available framed.

Emily has given this 18th century garden folly a pop of colour. Splashes of yellow and pink rain down on the round viewing platform.

The rich green vegetation seems to engulf the Temple of Fame on this tranquil art print.

Temple of Fame at Fountains Abbey

Studley Royal Water Garden and the ruins of Fountains Abbey which are near Ripon in Yorkshire are a designated World Heritage Site. It is owned and managed by The National Trust.

This 800 acre site features the largest Cistercian abbey ruins in Europe, 18th century landscaped gardens, and a Jacobean mansion.

The garden is one of the best surviving examples of a Georgian water garden in England. You can walk out onto a sprawling green lawn, decorated with statues and many garden follies that are dotted around tranquil moon ponds.

The Temple of Fame is a grade II listed building built in the 18th century. It provides a vista over Moon Pond and the Abbey ruins. The columns look like stone but are in fact made of wood.
