Sandringham House ceramic tile with easel is by North East artist Emily Ward. The ceramic tile has been created from original artwork by Emily and is hand pressed locally in her art studio.
The summer colours shine brightly on Emily’s ceramic tile of Sandringham House. The warm reds and oranges of the historic building stand out against an intense blue sky, where layers of soft white and blush pink clouds drift overhead.
Across the foreground, tall stems and delicate wildflowers create a colourful meadow effect, with vivid pinks, blues and yellows scattered amongst softer whites and greens. The combination of the dramatic sky and flower filled foreground gives the artwork a fresh and cheerful feel.

Sandringham House
The Sandringham Estate covers around 20,000 acres of Norfolk countryside and includes farmland, woodland and several villages. Unlike royal residences such as Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle, Sandringham is privately owned by the monarch rather than held by the Crown.
Parts of Sandringham House, its gardens and the estate are opened to the public at certain times of the year, allowing visitors to explore the grounds and learn about the estate's long association with generations of the Royal Family.
