LLangollen Bridge Framed Ceramic Tile

LLangollen Bridge framed ceramic tile is from a beautiful original painting by North East artist Emily Ward. The colours look bright and cheerful with the glaze of the hand pressed ceramic tile.

Emily's painting of this ancient stone arched bridge is set to a backdrop of relaxing tones of soft purples. The River Dee has calming colours rippling through it.

Rich luscious greenery surrounds the bridge, and traditional white houses in this framed ceramic tile.

This would make a lovely art gift for anyone.

LLangollen

Llangollen Bridge was built by Bishop John Trevor around 1345. The bridge was widened in both the 16th and 20th centuries so the town of LLangollen could develop and grow.

The bridge crosses the River Dee in the county of Denbighshire in North East Wales. It is one of the ‘Seven Wonders of Wales’ and is a Grade I listed building.

Ceramic Framed Tile

Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.

The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.

Frames are available in White and Black Frames.

Each frame is 27 x 27 x 5cm

Colours may vary as each tile is printed individually.
