George Square
George Square
is at the heart of Glasgow city centre. Named after King George III it opened in 1787 it took two decades of work to complete.
The impressive City Chambers was designed by William Young, a Glaswegian architect. Queen Victoria opened the ornate building in 1888. The City Chambers or otherwise known as the Municipal Building has been home to Glasgow City Council since 1996.

Each ceramic tile is made from an original painting by North East Artist Emily Ward.
Each tile comes with it’s own wooden easel so your tile is easy to display.
There is a cork backing on each tile and each tile is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag.
All ceramic tiles are individually printed so there may be a slight variation in colour tones.
Ceramic Tile including the wooden easel is 15cm high x 10cm wide.
