Battersea Power Station Coaster
Battersea Power Station Coaster
Battersea Power Station coaster by artist Emily Ward has been hand pressed locally onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster. The coaster has been produced from original art by Emily.
This coaster can also be purchased in a set of four in a gift box.
This artwork reimagines Battersea Power Station with bold colour and a playful sense of energy. The deep orange-red brickwork of the building glows warmly, while its four towering chimneys stand tall in soft cream tones, cutting into a vibrant sky of pinks, purples, and lilacs.
The sky is alive with texture, dotted and splashed with bursts of colour that give this art coaster a burst of colour.
In the foreground, a field of wildflowers is expressed through flicks of paint in shades of violet, yellow, white, and green, creating a lively carpet that softens the industrial form of the power station.
The overall effect is both striking and uplifting, turning a piece of London’s industrial heritage into a scene of colour, light, and imagination.

Battersea Power Station
Battersea Power Station , set along the south bank of the Thames, stands as one of London’s most recognisable landmarks. Its four towering white chimneys rise dramatically above the vast brick facade, a striking example of Art Deco–inspired industrial design.
Once a coal-fired powerhouse that kept the city running, the building has now been transformed through careful restoration into a lively destination of homes, shops, restaurants, and cultural venues. Though reimagined for modern life, it still retains its monumental character, its bold silhouette continuing to dominate the skyline as a symbol of both London’s industrial heritage and its creative regeneration.
