1514 Memorial, Hawick ceramic tile with easel has been printed from an original painting by North East artist Emily Ward. Emily has transferred her delightful design onto a mini tile which would look lovely on any shelf or table top.
The rich blues that Emily has used on her painting really make the statue stand out under a bright blue sky. Colourful yellow and red flowers surround the memorial.

1514 Memorial, Hawick
This equestrian memorial
stands at the end of the High Street in the town of Hawick in the Scottish Borders.
The 1514 memorial commemorates the four-hundredth anniversary of the skirmish at Hornshole, during which a band of young Hawick Callants routed a troop of English horsemen and stole their flag.
The skirmish took place in 1514 just outside Hawick and the memorial was unveiled in June 1914.
Ceramic Tile With Easel
Each ceramic tile is made from an original painting by North East Artist Emily Ward.
Each tile comes with it’s own wooden easel so your tile is easy to display.
There is a cork backing on each tile and each tile is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag.
All ceramic tiles are individually printed so there may be a slight variation in colour tones.
Ceramic Tile including the wooden easel is 15cm high x 10cm wide.
