Loch Lomond
Loch Lomond is in the heart of The Trossachs National Park, less than an hours drive from Glasgow. It is referred to as the boundary between Central Scotland and Highlands. With a surface area of 71 km2 it is the largest lake in Great Britain. The rolling hills are filled with purple heather, which are also known to represent bravery, courage and protection from danger.
This area fascinates Emily with its snow capped mountains, wild scenery, charming villages and plenty of forests to hike through.
This framed ceramic tile has been created from Emily's original Loch Lomond painting. A beautiful ceramic tile sits within a box frame giving off a gloss 3D vision. All ceramic tiles, are hand pressed locally, and are hand finished with splashes of colour by Emily.
